Ask anything
Typed or spoken. "Does the burger have dairy?" gets a straight answer, the change that fixes it, and every allergen in the dish.

A guest asks what is in a dish, or whether it is safe for their allergy. Your server asks The Pass and gets the answer in seconds, on their own phone, from your chef's own records.
Built by a working chef, in a working kitchen.
The allergy question
Tap an allergy and the whole menu marks itself. Nothing that needs checking ever looks like a yes.
Fine as it is served.
Fine once something comes off, and the change is spelled out in your chef's own words.
A shared fryer, a shared oven, or a dish nobody has checked yet. The server asks the kitchen before promising anything.
It is in the dish and cannot come out.

Try it yourself
This is Marlow House, a sample menu built for this page. Tap one allergy or several. A dish takes the strictest answer.
These marks come from the same engine your servers would use. Tap a "Safe with a change" mark to see the chef's note.
In every server's pocket
Typed or spoken. "Does the burger have dairy?" gets a straight answer, the change that fixes it, and every allergen in the dish.

What is on the plate, what is in it, and whether your chef has signed it off.

When a dish runs out, every phone with alerts on buzzes, even with the app closed. When it is back, they hear that too.
Curated Spanish, checked by a native speaker. Nothing is machine-translated on the spot, and dish names stay as your menu spells them.

Quick drills built from your own dishes. Practice only: nothing is graded or recorded.

The chef posts it once and it is on every screen, above every answer, until the end of the night.
Built for the allergy question
A wrong "no" can put something on a plate that hurts a guest. Every rule in The Pass leans the safe way.
Allergen answers come only from the dishes your kitchen entered. The Pass never fills a gap with a guess.
A dish nobody has checked for an allergy says so, in amber, and never lands in a safe list.
A shared fryer is not a footnote. Swapping the crust does not clear a shared oven, and the answer says so.
Change a dish and its sign-off lapses until someone looks again. Every edit is logged with a name and a date.
For the kitchen

For your guests
A QR code on the table or the menu. Guests tap what they avoid and see which dishes work, which need a change, and which to ask about.
Your server is still the safety step. Every guest is told to mention their allergy before they order.

Getting started
A PDF, a photo of the printed menu, or a spreadsheet. We turn it into dishes your team can search.
Nothing reads as safe until someone has looked. The Pass keeps the list of what is left to check.
Servers add it to their home screen. No app store, no hardware, and nothing needed from your IT.

Send a note and we will set up a walkthrough on your dishes.
